What kind of Diamonds does Solediam use for their products?

Solediam uses only Natural (earth created) diamonds which are appraised with our gemologist.
Can I receive detailed information on a specific item with a video?
Ofcourse, our team is always at your disposal so feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific items. You can always ask us for videos or more pictures of our items.

KHow Can I find my ring size?

Once your place your order online, please remember to check mark the box confirming that you need a ring size.
Once the order is completed we will send you a free ring sizer so you can send us the correct ring size, once you receive it and confirm your size we will start processing your order.

Note: We will not ship the ring out until you confirm your size.

Will I be charged tax or shipping?

Shipping within Canada is free and taxes depend on your province.
Any shipping fees or taxes out of Canada depends on your country and province.

What is your return policy?

Solediam has a return policy of 15 days from the day you receive your package (based on the Fedex status). The item has to be unworn and in the original condition that you received. Once the item is returned to us Solediam’s Diamond apprisal checks all the items and once it’s confirmed that its in the original condition it will take 15 to 20 business days for the money to be returned to your account.

How long does it take for the items to be shipped?

It usually takes 2 to 3 weeks but it depends on each item, if you want to be sure of the shipping time of the item you are ordering please check the shipping details for that specific item.
